We focus on empowering youth to create a brighter future through education, mentoring, mental health, emotional wellbeing, and environmental stewardship.

National Cause Campaigns

We invite our customers to join us in giving back all year long through our in store and online donation campaigns. With our customers’ help, we were able to raise more than $19M in 2022 to empower youth to create a brighter future in the communities in which we serve.

Colleague Giving and Volunteering

Our colleagues love to volunteer and give back throughout the year. In 2022, colleagues volunteered 54,000+ hours and donated $3.3M to 6,000+ charities across the country.

Corporate Grants

We partner with nonprofit organizations, whose work aligns to Mission Every One, to support underrepresented youth to create a brighter future with bold representation. In 2022, we awarded more than $11M to 300+ communities across the U.S.
