This June, through Pride + Joy, Macy’s hosts round-up and donation campaign benefitting The Trevor Project
Macy's, Inc. will spotlight LGBTQ+-owned, founded and designed brands at Macys, Bloomingdale’s and Bluemercury
New York, NY – May 29, 2024 – In honor of National Pride Month, Macy’s, Inc.
(NYSE: M) recognizes the achievements and perseverance of the LGBTQ+ community this June through a partnership
between Macy’s and The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention organization for LGBTQ+ young people.
From June 1st through June 30th, Macy’s will host a special round-up in-stores and
online donation campaign benefitting The Trevor Project to support youth nationwide with comprehensive resources,
including 24/7 crisis services, public education, research, advocacy, peer support and more. Additionally,
Macy’s, Inc. nameplates, inclusive of Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Bluemercury, continue to
highlight LGBTQ+-owned, founded and designed brands by showcasing product and unique brand stories through online
shopping events and more.

product from LGBTQ+-owned, founded and designed brands, support Pride events nationwide and foster partnerships with

supports LGBTQ+ youth through access to lifesaving counseling services and uplifting PSAs that encourage young
people to live their truth and embrace their authentic selves.”
Since 2019, Macy’s has raised more than $6.2 million for The Trevor Project, enabling the organization to spend
more than 148,000 minutes providing more than 70,000 LGBTQ+ young people with specialized counseling via phone, text
and chat. In addition to this year’s donation campaign, Macy’s partnered with The Trevor Project to
create a special PSA exploring the power of self-expression and embracing one’s authentic self.

fragrances that celebrate authenticity and individuality.

sculptors alike, blending progressive construction techniques with intimate hand-detailing to create truly
special garments and lifestyle design.
- L’Object, founded by Elad Yifrach, the brand epitomizes luxury lifestyle with its
exquisite collection of home decor and tabletop accessories.
- Onia, a swimwear brand with pieces that combine great fit with form to deliver functional

Additionally, Macy’s Live will broadcast an exclusive LiveStyle episode on June 6th at 4pm ET
spotlighting and celebrating the stories behind LGBTQ+-owned, founded, and designed products.
Pride + Joy will also be on display in select Macy’s windows and local Pride marches nationwide,
including New York City’s Pride March, during the month of June. Between June 1st to
30th, Macy’s stores in Boston, Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Washington
D.C. will feature themes of resilience and perseverance in honor of Pride.
In addition to The Trevor Project, Macy’s will continue to support the LGBTQ+ community through its longtime
commitment to various nationwide and local organizations focused on education, economic development and social
justice including Hetrick Martin Institute, Human Rights Campaign,
National Center for Transgender Equality, NYC Pride, Out in Tech
