- Q. What is the savings offer?
The Shop For A Cause offer is an all-day shopping pass for 25% off regular, sale and clearance merchandise throughout the store as well as 10% off furniture, mattresses and area rugs. The pass is valid in all Macy’s stores on Saturday, August 25, 2012.
- Q. Is there any cost to my organization to sign up?
No. There’s absolutely no cost to your organization to participate in Macy’s Shop For A Cause event.
- Q. How do I know if my group is qualified to participate?
Any nonprofit organization with a 501(c) or 170(c)1 tax exempt status, school booster group or religious organization is eligible to participate.
- Q. My organization has many chapters across the country. Can we all sign up?
Absolutely! Let’s talk! Please send an email to macysgives@macys.com with your contact information and a Macy’s representative will call you. (Please allow 5 business days for a response.)
- Q. How do I receive my savings passes?
Once your application has been approved, you will make arrangements with the Store Manager in Charge (MIC) to pick up your savings passes at the store.
- Q. Are we able to sell savings passes in stores?
We encourage all participating charities to leverage their own networks and sell the savings passes to their constituents and supporters. Charities are not permitted to sell savings passes in the stores.
- Q. Will Macy’s support the event with advertising?
Yes.
