Jeffrey Gennette, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Gennette was named chairman in February 2008 after
serving as chairman of Macy's Northwest (now Macy's
West) since December 2005, and executive vice president
and director of stores for Macy's Central (formerly Macy's
South) since 2004. Previously, he was senior vice president
and general merchandise manager at Macy's West since
2001. Gennette joined Macy's West in 1983 as an executive
trainee and also has served with FAO Schwarz and
Broadway stores. |
Robert B. Harrison, President & Chief Operating Officer
Before becoming president of Macy's West in 2008, Harrison, previously president and chief operating officer of Macy's Northwest in 2006, led the transition of the Spring 2008 consolidation of the Macy's Northwest division into the Macy's West division.
Previously, he had been chairman of Robinsons-May since October 2004, having served as the division's senior vice president and chief financial officer since June 2002, as well as the senior vice president for finance of the Meier & Frank division before it was merged with Robinsons-May. Harrison began his career at the Kaufmann's division in 1986 as an accounting analyst and served in positions of increasing responsibility before becoming vice president and controller of Kaufmann's.

Rudolph J. Borneo, Vice Chairman & Director of Stores
Borneo has been vice chairman of Macy's West since 1992
and had been president of Macy's South/Bullock's for the
four previous years. He joined the company in 1964. |
