Once the application is processed and approved, you will receive further information on how and when to pick up tickets along with other event details.

Your store's Charity Coordinator will be your main contact. See below for contact information by store location.

Note: The Charity Coordinator is Macy’s liaison for nonprofit representatives and is responsible for communications regarding application requirements, meetings, volunteer submissions and volunteer scheduling. All general questions and ticket requests should be forwarded to them.
